Zumba (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM)
The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!
Boot Camp
This class is authentic boot camp fitness training. Bringing you the most efficient, effective professionally accepted training protocols for weight loss, complete fitness, skill, and performance improvement! A kick-butt workout with a high-energy trainer and motivator!
Power Yoga (Mondays and Wednesdays, 9:30 AM) Start off your morning feeling strong and powerful! Power yoga with Rachel will energize you with a series of sun salutations designed to rejuvenate both your physical and mental state. This class focuses on toning your core and arms while improving your balance, flexibility and focus. Open to all levels, you will leave ready to power through your day!
Hip-Hop Yoga (Mondays, 7:00 PM)
Get your heart pumping to the beat of the freshest hip-hop music! Rachel's playlist of classic, underground and chart-topping hits accompanies an intense and effective flow that will work and tone your entire body. This upbeat and fun class will invigorate you with timeless yoga moves that combine an added cardio benefit to maximize your workout. Each week we'll challenge ourselves with a creative bonus pose that will help students of all levels expand their yoga practice.
Body Groove (Tuesdays 9:30 AM and Thursdays 1:00 PM) Yes, working out can be fun! Introducing Body Groove - a brand new, high energy, hip, upbeat whole body workout that uses unchoreographed dance as it's backbone. It incorporates weigthts, push-ups, martial arts, resistance bands and other exercises to give you a great workout and a big fat smile!
BarSculpt (Wednesdays, 10:30 AM) The BarSculpt Method brings together the disciplines of yoga, Pilates, and sports conditioning, into one system using isometric movements. In BarSculpt you can target specific problem areas, such as abdominals, arms, or thighs, and find greater ease-of-movement, coordination and flexibility. This new technique also results in strong, flat abdominals, sculpted arms, long, narrow thighs, firm, elongated muscles, a lifted seat, improved posture and a reduction in body fat.
Cardio Hip-Hop (Tuesdays, 7:30 PM) Burn calories and get a great workout with high-energy dance floor moves! Each class begins with stretch and conditioning, followed by a power cardio dance set with easy to follow moves, and ends with a Hip-Hop dance combination that will be sure to keep to moving!
