Doug Moleux
President of House of Dance

Doug Moleux

Doug has been part of the Boston entertainment industry for more than 15 years.  As owner of one of Boston’s premiere entertainment companies, Doug has incorporated dance into most of the hundreds of events he manages annually.  At these events, Doug noticed an overwhelming enthusiasm for hip hop from people of all ages, and he set out to create a studio dedicated to the urban dance style. His vision is to provide all students a superior dance experience from amazing instructors who motivate, inspire and have fun to the latest in sound technology.  House of Dance is the only dance studio dedicated to hip hop in the area. Doug is also President and Owner of Northern Lights Entertainment and Evolution Media.

 

 

AMY GILBRETH, BALLET INSTRUCTOR
 

Amy Gilbreth

Amy has been professionally trained in ballet and Pointe for more than 16 years.  She has trained with numerous ballet companies throughout New England and New York, including the Academy of Ballet Arts, Granite State Ballet and Bossov Ballet Theatre under Andres Bossov.  Amy has danced in many performances and held lead roles in ballets including the Nutcracker, Les Selphides, Swan Lake, Coppelia, and Don Quixote.  Am y has taught ballet for several years and enjoys educating and motivating children of all ages. Amy teaches ballet for the House of Dance. Amy also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Fashion and Retail Merchandising with a minor in Event Planning from Lasell College.

Brooke Rivero

Brooke Rivero

Brooke has been a dancer for more than 15 years.  She was professionally trained in contemporary dance and was a competitive dancer for 8 years.  Brooke has performed and competed in nationally ranked dance competitions and shows in Disney World and Las Vegas.  Additionally, she has held numerous pageant titles associated with the Miss America Organization, and has been awarded top talent rankings.  Brooke teaches hip hop, jazz-funk, video dance, modern, stretch and conditioning, core movements, and Zumba!  Brooke holds a Masters of Science Degree from Northeastern University.


TIM KHANOYAN, HIP-HOP INSTRUCTOR

Aaron is a member of the Ground FX crew, a breakdancing team straight out of the city of Boston. His high energy, crowd oriented style has led him to win at both national and international breakdancing events. He strives to pass on his skills, energy and crowd-pleasing moves to all of his classes.

Tim’s innate talent for choreography and incredible dance moves have been impressing crowds at shows and competitions for many years. A natural performer and musician, Tim picked up the piano, guitar and bass and continued to wow audiences with his talents on stage. As a member of the hard rock band Scarlitt, Tim, recorded and toured the US and he has since been writing and producing a solo pop album to be released in late 2011. Tim is a hip-hop dancer for Boston’s Northern Lights Entertainment and now brings his vibrant energy, innovative choreography and enthusiasm for teaching hip-hop to the students at House of Dance.

 


AARON OLIVARES, BREAKDANCE INSTRUCTOR

Aaron Olivares

Versatile in gymnastics, capoeira and martial arts, Aaron brings fresh and innovative moves to his breakdancing students at House of Dance. Aaron is a member of the Ground FX crew, a breakdancing team straight out of the city of Boston. His high energy, crowd oriented style has led him to win at both national and international breakdancing events. He strives to pass on his skills, energy and crowd-pleasing moves to all of his classes.
